Since the first Elite Cafe opened in downtown Waco in 1919, it has been a favorite for visitors and Wacoans alike. Its homemade American-style food and friendly atmosphere attract customers from all over Texas.

Now celebrating its 90th Anniversary, The Elite continues to improve upon the standards that have made it a landmark for so many years. The walls can’t replay the conversations that have become part of this grand roadside grill’s history, but the Elite Circle Grille invites you to browse the historic memorabilia inside and enjoy a taste of the delicious food that has become a Waco tradition. The Elite Circle Grille is open weekdays from 11 a.m. and closes nightly at 10 p.m. except Friday and Saturday at 11:00 p.m. Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday at 9 a.m. Happy Hour, featuring half-price appetizers and discounted drinks, is from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
