The Olive Branch Bakery and Café has a new home in Heritage Square! Started in August 2003, the Olive Branch specializes in fresh baked pastries and desserts, hot breakfasts, homemade soups and pastas, a diverse lunch menu and delicious specialty coffee blends custom roasted just for The Olive Branch.

Now serving dinner, you can enjoy your favorite Olive Branch dishes for supper Monday through Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. The perfect gift or for use in your own kitchen, the new cookbook “To Taste” has some of The Olive Branch’s signature recipes and some new ones. Specialty catering and boxed lunches are available for all types of events. In the heart of downtown Waco, The Olive Branch is a comfortable place for fellowship: a meal with friends or family, a breakfast meeting or a dessert-and-coffee date on the open-air patio.
